About Our Practice

Welcome to our office, where experience and enthusiasm meet to bring out the best in your health. Our practice is anchored on a strong desire to provide personal care in a manner that elevates your patient experience. We hope this desire is evident from your initial contact with our scheduling desk through your entire course of treatment.

Rest assured that our doctors will take the time to address your concerns and explain all available treatment plans. We know the value of unrushed appointments and are here for you when you need us.

Dr. Perkari opened a private Internal Medicine Practice in September 1989 in our Aberdeen office. As the years progressed, we quickly outgrew that office and expanded to a second office located in Holmdel. We currently practice daily from both locations.

Ms. Katherine Clemente, APN graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. She went on to Pace University and received an accelerated Bachelors of Science in Nursing.

Ms. Judy Lafemina, APN, graduated from Seton Hall University with a BSN in nursing.  She started her nursing career in acute care and orthopedics. Judy eventually transitioned to subacute and long term care where she developed a core foundation of caring for the adult population, especially geriatric patients.

Dr. Julia Ritsan graduated from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, Old Westbury, New York in August 2001. Since receiving her degree, Dr. Ritsan has practice medicine in various Middletown locations, most recently the Medical Health Center of Middletown since 2017.
