LAB CORP IN MIDDLETOWN

Lab Corp is located in the Middletown office as a courtesy for active patients of VK Perkari MD. There are no appointments and patients are taken on a first come first serve basis. All patients must have a prescription in order for blood to be drawn.

Middletown Hours are as follows:

• Monday - 10:00am - 4:30pm
• Tuesday - 9:00am - 4:00pm
• Wednesday 9:00am - 3:00pm
• Thursday 9:00am - 12:00pm
• Friday 9:00am -3:00pm
• Saturday 8:30- 10:00am
